Fordham Conversations host Christina Ljuljic visits a Ukrainian deli in Yonkers to speak with owner Lisa Krawec and find out about how the local Ukrainian community feels about what’s happening in their home country.  She then talks with Olena Nikolayenko, professor of political science at Fordham university and associate at the Davis center for Russia and Eurasian studies at Harvard University, to get a better understanding of the crisis in Russia and Ukraine. Finally, we hear from Jaroslaw Palylyk, the president of the Westchester Chapter of the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America, to talk about what he thinks the U.S. should do to help Ukraine in this current crisis.
