Zahira Perez was born in the Domincan Republic, and moved to New York when she was twelve. She graduated from Babson College in 2020. Currently she works as a consultant for the consulting and processing firm Accenture, a Global Fortune 500 Company. Zahira shares her experience going to school in a new country, and how it exposed her to the socio-economic disparities that exist here. She also shares the lessons she's learned about opportunity, financial literacy, and confidence.
