Strike a Chord: Changing Unhealthy Food Culture by Teaching Kids to Grow

A national food organization wants to change the stereotype that kids hate vegetables. Embedded in mostly the Bronx and Brooklyn, FoodCorps is changing diets by introducing vegetables early on into students' curriculum.
