NYC Banned Books Challenge

The American Library Association tracked seven hundred twenty nine challenges to one thousand five hundred ninety seven books, which is more than double from 2019. However, New York Public Library is trying to combat these bans and challenges. WFUV's Christina Ljuljic sat down with Kathleen Riegelhaupt to talk about New York Public Library's "Banned Books Challenge," their most recent effort in making these books more accessible.
