NY Assembly Minority Leader Arrested for DUI

The top Republican in the NY State Assembly busted New Year's Eve, and charged with driving while intoxicated. Minority Leader Brian Kolb says it was a "lapse in judgment" after he was arrested. It comes after the Assemblyman wrote a column about a week ago, warning citizens not to get behind the wheel drunk. Police say his state-issued SUV was found in a ditch in front of his home and he failed field sobriety tests.
