New York City Lawmakers Call for Marijuana Decriminalization

Recent studies from New York City Lawmakers have found that more black and Hispanic residents are arrested  for Marijuana possession than their white counterparts. As WFUV's Megan Pinna reports, officials and advocates are calling for the the drug to be decriminalized.
