August is national wellness month. After navigating the pandemic for two and a half years and dealing with the outbreak of a new virus, people are trying to bounce back and find ways to care for themselves. WFUV’s Christina Ljuljic spoke to Dr. Rae Ritke, a partner at Urban Wellness, and Silvia Neri, the founder of Yoga Trail. They talked about different holistic approaches to maintaining wellness.
