Morning Brief: October 2
Legionnaires disease has once again hit the Bronx. Just a month after the largest outbreak of the disease in New York City History, a new bout has killed one person and sickened 12 others. The new cluster is based in the Morris Park neighborhood, just 6 miles from the epicenter of the previous outbreak, although officials do not think the two are connected.
