Morning Brief: March 28
Bernie Sanders has challenged Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton to a debate in New York State—and he doesn’t much care where. Sanders told MSNBC’s Chuck Todd that he’d debate Clinton in "New York City, upstate, wherever," just as long as a debate happens in time for the New York primaries. Both candidates have roots in New York—Clinton was elected to the New York Senate in 2000, and Sanders was born in Brooklyn.
