Vice President Biden's coming to visit New York today. He's starting off up in Rochester to meet with Governor Cuomo, then the pair are coming down here to the city. They're expected to make give remarks about the economy and make a major infrastructure announcement. Sources say the latter will focus on rebuilding LaGuardia's central terminal building.
