Morning Brief: July 2

Progressive sweetheart Bernie Sanders keeps drawing huge crowds to his rallies. His latest in Wisconsin drew a crowd of nearly 10,000 people. It was Sander's largest rally, and most likely the largest of the 2016 cycle so far. Sanders still trails Hillary Clinton by a lot, but he's been cutting down on the front runner's in recent weeks. If his rallies are any indication, the gap between himself and Clinton more continue  to shrink as support for the self-described democratic socialist grows among progressives and young voters.
