New Jersey could become the second state to raise the legal age to buy tobacco products to 21 if certain lawmakers get their way. A state Assembly committee voted yesterday to approve such a bill and it is expected to pass the full Assembly on Monday. The Senate approved the measure in June 2014. Read more.
