Morning Brief: February 24
Officials in Newark, New Jersey are officially banning Uber and Lyft cars from Newark Airport. There will be a penalty instated for any cars that try to pick up passengers at the airport. The ban was first announced last week and until yesterday, it had been unclear if it would actually be enacted. But now, officials say, the new rule is effective immediately.
