Morning Brief: February 23

New York City has a new “digital playground.” At least, that’s according to tech company Samsung. Samsung has just opened the doors of a new outlet, located at 837 Washington Street, in the Meatpacking District. But the space isn’t a retail store—the company is calling it a “first-of-its-kind…cultural destination.” The three-floor space has experts on hand for tech questions, and also offers demonstrations, presentations, art installations, and even virtual reality stimulators.
