Morning Brief: August 5
Legionnaire's disease isn't exactly causing hysteria in the streets, but it's nonethless got Bronxites pretty worried. That's mainly because the city's determined that the spread is coming from a seemingly-innocuous source: the water mist that comes off of cooling towers on large buildings. It may seem bizarre that an appliance that works so hard to keep us cool during the hot New York summer might be hurting us too, sometimes.
