Egyptian Chemist Ahmed Zewail, Noble Prize-Winner, has died at the age of 70.  He was a science adviser to President Obama.  In 1999, he won the Nobel Prize for his work on the study of chemical reactions over immensely short time scales.  In 2009, he became the first ever U.S. science envoy to the Middle East.
