It seems as though the endless saga of the Desnudas in Times Square is never going to end. And now the debate is raging about whether a few topless women in the famed space might be enough to warrant ripping out the pedestrian plazas that were placed there my the Bloomberg administration (whether or not pedestrian plazas are good for cities is a whole other debate)
