Morning Brief: April 4

It's almost time for New York's primary, which means the candidates are headed to The Big Apple. Bernie has held a few events already. But now it's Hillary's turn. She's in the city today with Governor Cuomo at a victory rally for $15 minimum wage victories won in the new state budget. They'll also be promoting paid family leave. Bill Clinton's already been campaigning in New York on behalf of his wife and no doubt, we'll be seeing more of everyone before April 19.
