Leonardo Da Vinci Drawing Is Coming To New York

A major and rarely seen drawinf by Leonardo da Vinci is going on display in New York. 

 

It's been 500 years since Leonardo da Vinci's dealth, but his art still lives on. Sotheby's has announced one of da Vinci's drawings called "Leda and the Swan" will hang in its Manhattan galleries. The pen and ink drawing dates back to 1506. It's part of an exhibition from a collection at Britain's Chatsworth House. The Sketch is said to have been created in preparation for an actual painting, which was mysteriously never completed. Sotheby's plans to open The Chatsworth exhbitioin at the end of June.
