One New Yorker shares a candy tradition that's not related to Halloween.
Candy and Halloween go hand-in-hand. Every year, people snatch up big bags of sweets to give out to trick-or-treaters. But, for the owner of a Manhattan candy shop, the idea of a kid looking forward to that one big day a year to get a sugar rush is a bit foreign.
