Cityscape: Cookies

On this Week's Cityscape: Cookie Legacies, Creative Recipes, and “Baking it Forward.”

Sugar, spice, and everything nice.

According to culinary historians, the first cookies were made by accident. Cooks used a small amount of cake batter to test oven temperatures before baking a large cake. On this week’s Cityscape, we talk cookie legacies, creative recipes, and “Baking it Forward.”
