Son Little: 2015

For several years, Aaron Livingston recorded under his own name, collaborating with the likes of The Roots and RJD2. In that time, he's honed his own sound under the moniker Son Little, and now he's finally released his debut album (an FUV New Dig pick).

Drawing from a number of influences, Little's new songs are diverse and wide-ranging, yet completely cohesive. In his recent visit to FUV, we talked about the making of the record, the influence of his past work and the challenge of editing ideas.
