2nd avenue construction site is within safe bounds.

Residents living near the Second Avenue subway construction site have some good news.

According to the MTA's internal monitoring reports, the air quality around the site is not toxic.

Residents in the neighborhood have long complained about the air quality around the construction.

According to the New York Post, the agency says the amount of particles in the air doesn't exceed safety standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency.

The MTA said it will post weekly air quality reports on its website, beginning Friday.
