Morning Brief: September 9

Get Ready for Some Voting

It's Primary Day here in New York State. Governor Cuomo is holding on to a pretty massive lead over his Democratic Challenger, Zephyr Teachout. Teachout's main attack is that Cuomo isn't liberal enough. But Cuomo promised supporters at a recent rally that he's just as left-leaning as they want him to be. All of this comes after Cuomo allegedly ignored Teachout at a campaign event. So in all, it's been an interesting week in New York politics. Polls are open today from 6 a.m. all the way to 9 p.m.
