TAS on FUV for Tuesday February 19th

by Russ Borris

Weeknights at 10, it's The Alternate Side!

If you're looking for some great new music on the radio, you can always count on us.  We've got the Irish band Little Green Cars, Australia's Gold Fields and Sweden's The Deer Tracks for starters.  We'll mix in some classic Archers of Loaf, U2, Santigold, M83 and The Smiths, too.

We'll also get to the latest new music from Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes.  The band, which Oberst played with during the early days of Bright Eyes, is called Desaparecidos.  After breaking up in 2002, they've been playing some shows over the last couple of years.  Check out a new song called "Anonymous" tonight and catch them at Webster Hall on 2/26 and 2/27.

See you at 10!
