Soul Fire Farm has been working to create an uplifting space for Black Americans interested in agriculture.

Black Americans account for less than two percent of farmers nationwide, and that small percentage has had to deal with discrimination, financial strain, and displacement.

There's no red barn, but there's a farm in Red Hook, Brooklyn.
