The New York Islanders are heading towards the new year looking to get back to their winning ways. After a stretch of 10 straight games with at least a point. They lost three in a row before a December 21st win over Anaheim at home heading into the holiday break, only to drop their first game after the layoff against Toronto. Matt Moro's Islanders Report takes a look at what Nick Leddy, John Tavares, and Jack Capuano had to say about the loss and what the team needs to improve on as they look to tackle a packed week ahead of them, including the back end of a home and home series with the Maple Leafs in Toronto.
