Well, it's the worst time of the season for every fantasy football owner out there: the start of the bye weeks. You know what's even worse? There's SIX teams out this week, and it's only week 4. SIX! It's like the fantasy football gods said to themselves "Hey, let's have some fun and put an absurd amount of teams on the bye just to mess with some managers." Not to mention, basically everybody is going down with some injury or another. As you can tell, I've had some (scratch that, A LOT) of frustation these past couple weeks.
Let’s be honest. Calvin Johnson is the best wide receiver in the game. He’s got the height (6’5), the speed (runs 4.35 40-yard dash), and of course his insane numbers in the NFL (68 TDs, 9,657 yards in 7+ seasons) that prove he is the best. Week in and week out we see him make spectacular catches in double, triple coverage that would be unimaginable for anyone else. Even Rex Ryan, the coach who adores the “island” corner or man-to-man press coverage on the outside knows that isn’t possible against this Lion.
