The 139th running of the Kentucky Derby is upon us, and rain isn't dampening the mood at Churchill Downs.
At times it wasn't a guarantee that the Blueshirts would make it into the playoffs. After essentially playing two weeks of playoff games at the end of the lockout-shortened season, the Rangers worked their way in as a six seed in the Eastern Conference.
