Heat Beat Writer Breaks down Miami’s second straight finals victory

Ray Allen’s game tying three pointer in Game 6 of the NBA Finals changed everything for the Miami Heat. The image of the Big Three went from failure to success and LeBron James joined an exclusive group of Hall of Famers by winning back to back Finals MVPs.

That’s one of the many things we talked about with ESPN.com’s Tom Haberstroh. Haberstroh, who has covered the Miami Heat since LeBron James’ infamous decision, told the program that coach Eric Spoelstra needs to be given the credit he deserves. The Wake Forest grad also described the sorrow in the voice of fellow Demon Deacon Tim Duncan following the Game 7 loss.
