Listen in and find out why your friends are talking about WFUV. Our listeners were among the first to discover artists like Norah Jones, Damien Rice, John Mayer, Shawn Colvin, Keb' Mo, Gomez, Dan Bern and Susan Tedeschi. And you'll recognize old friends like Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, John Prine, Janis Ian, Joan Baez, Bruce Cockburn, Emmylou Harris, The Band, and B.B. King. There's a more complete list on our Artist Links page.
We'll also keep you informed with NPR News at the start of each hour, and regular reports from the folks at Metro Traffic.
Artist Interviews & Performances
Hear exclusive conversations with in-studio guests like Paul Simon, James Taylor, Tracy Chapman, Willie Nelson, Billy Bragg, Rickie Lee Jones, Dar Williams, Ben Folds, Jackson Browne, Norah Jones, The Wallflowers, Neil Finn, Aimee Mann and many others.
Monday-Thursday nights at 9pm we rebroadcast a recent visit and call it Words & Music from Studio A, and air short versions each morning and afternoon as Take Five.

Tickets to these shows are often available during our pledge drives as a package with a year of WFUV Membership. [Marquee Members get invited to these shows for a whole year.]
You'll find Words & Music studio visits, Take Five clips and those Live Member Concerts in the WFUV Archives section, in Windows Media streaming audio format. The Take Five clips are also downloadable, check our list of Podcast offerings.
Each year, Music Director Rita Houston picks an album's worth of the best studio performances and puts them together for our live CD series, only available as a benefit of WFUV Membership.
See who's visiting next on the Coming Up on WFUV listings page.
Weekends: FUV All-Music Channel
Hear FUV Music 24/7, without interruption.
One of the most frequent requests we've always gotten from our weekday listeners is to have more airtime devoted to the music you love. We got the message, and technology made it possible.
You can hear FUV Music - the same artists you hear on the weekdays on Saturday and Sunday - all day and night. (Weekdays you hear the same simulcast as 90.7 FM and the On-Air stream.)
Hosts Russ Borris [bio], Sarah Wardrop [bio], George Evans [bio] and Eric Holland rock your weekend world.
Listen online with an MP3 Player or tune in 90.7 FM-2 on an HD Radio, which allows us to broadcast several different channels at our 90.7 FM home.
For a few suggested Internet radios, check the 'WFUV Recommends' Store with Amazon.com. For more information on HD Radio, check our HD Radio Page.
