Cameras expose officers inflicting excessive force.
Authorities say five New York City correction officers have been arrested in a three-month period during an investigation over the use of force.
According to the Wall Street Journal investigators found that officers' written justifications for using force against Rikers Island inmates didn't match surveillance video.
The Department of Investigation says the most recent arrest occurred Thursday.
It's part of a larger probe into officers' violent encounters with inmates.
Investigators say that in the latest case, video shows a former correction captain grabbing, kicking and hitting an inmate who did not retaliate.
