Morning Brief: March 4

Bronx residents could be in the limelight.

Original shows on Netflix are hot right now, whether its Orange is the New Black, House of Cards or BoJack Horseman. And even more are coming in the next few years, including one from Baz Luhrmann called The Get Down. It's going to be about a group of teens in the South Bronx during the dawn of hip hop and rap. And Luhrmann is looking to cast real Bronxites for the series. So anyone from the borough who fits the bill is encouraged to send in an audition tape.
