NYC dodged a bullet. Suffolk County and New England, not exactly.

Due to the blizzard being somewhat less than apocalyptic here in the city, subways are back up and running, and schools are re-opening today. After all the dire warnings, it all seemed a little underwhelming to many New Yorkers. At least Mayor de Blasio can laugh at himself
