Morning Brief: December 9

Life on Mars may not just be a Bowie song.

As life on earth seems to be growing more chaotic by the day as protests continue to mount across the world, scientists have recently found stronger evidence for ancient life on Mars. Up until now, scientists have found two of the three requirements for habitable life: standing water and an energy source, and five basic elements including carbon and nitrogen. Now, they've discovered a way that could have provided enough time for life to develop on the planet during ancient times.
