"Love for Levon" Benefit Show ft. My Morning Jacket, John Mayer, Ray LaMontagne, and more! at The Izod Center

Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime live concert celebration on October 3, 2012, 8:00pm EST, at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey featuring a diverse and star-studded lineup of artists and bands who’ve all been influenced in one way or another by the life-affirming music and talents of the late-great Levon Helm, the original ramblin’ Dirt Farmer drummer and heartbeat of The Band. This evening will undoubtedly be special and the collaborative theme for the show should make for some treasured, lasting memories for those lucky enough to be in attendance. Personally, I’d love to see Mavis Staples duet with any of the ridiculously talented male vocalists below at some point in the show and you know a guest-heavy rendition “The Weight” and “I Shall Be Released” are going to bring the house down in a weepy, soul-soaring kind of way.
