Last week's UKNY focused on an all-SXSW preview (with bands like Dream Wife, Doe, and Jealous of the Birds) and tonight's show at 11 includes a few more bands that traipsed across Austin, Texas this week, like the Big Moon and Be Charlotte. But not every band had its fair chance to play the festival: we'll also hear music from the fast-rising, critically-praised London jazz band Yussef Kamaal, which had its SXSW dreams disturbingly thwarted by the legally-challenged travel ban (read more from NPR here).

We'll head to Kolkata, India for tonight's Commonwealth Cut from Parekh & Singh, hear a new single from Public Service Broadcasting, and a set from this week's FUV Essentials too, the Police.

Out late or asleep early? You can stream UKNY in the FUV Weekend Archives for two weeks after broadcast.
