Zoe Koplowitz has finished 21 marathons--and she expects to do it again this weekend with the New York Marathon.

Zoe Koplowitz' finish time is typically somewhere around 30 hours.

She does the whole thing on magenta-colored crutches and wears eye shadow to match. Koplowitz says she knows she’s seen as a role model, and takes that responsibility seriously.

Koplowitz said, "People relate to it as a part of their own dream. That if I can do this thing that others see as totally undoable, then they can find their own dream and do it."

Koplowitz said some people are so inspired they take off work every year to wait for her at the finish line.
