Chocolate

The New York Times has an article today about chocolate in New York City. You can learn more at an exhibition which opens tomorrow at the Morris-Jumel Mansion, or take a tour of the Cacao Prieto chocolate factory in Red Hook, or take a chocolate making class at the Chocolate Lab.
