You may have seen this photo on Facebook lately, it's gotten about a half-million likes. It was taken by a tourist who caught NYPD Officer Larry DePrimo in a random act of kindness. DePrimo bought the unidentified homeless man a pair of socks and boots after seeing him without either on the street.
