L.A. native Katie Costello started writing songs at 13 and released her debut album a few years later. Now she's based in NYC and has a new set of upbeat and humorous tunes on an album called Lamplight, and she recently stopped by FUV to talk with host Alisa Ali about the songs. [7/13/11]
