Richard Shindell's had some time to process life as an expatriate New Yorker since moving to Argentina in 2000, but on the new album 'South of Delia' the talented lyricist lets the words of other artists tell his story. Hear songs from Bob Dylan, Josh Ritter and more as Richard Shindell joins host John Platt in Studio-A.

Richard Shindell writes songs, he sings songs, and he plays a ton of instruments on his sixth studio album 'Not Far Now,' and the characters he sings about wear a lot of hats too. He has written songs from the perspective of an INS officer, a Confederate drummer boy, and an Argentinean grandmother. That's one reason we felt honored when Richard came into Studio-A to talk with host Claudia Marshall, and give his own point of view. [11/13/09]
