The Jets Team Up with the Institute of Culinary Education for Cooking Seminars
Most tailgaters are used to the basic game day dishes like hot dogs and hamburgers, but the Jets are showing fans a tasty meal is possible for the big game. The first of five seminars had Chef-Instructor James Briscione showing amateur chefs how to prepare bacon stuffed pork-chops, bourbon BBQ chicken, and grilled banana boats.
