UKNY On FUV For September 28 (The Dance Edition)

by Kara Manning

Next Saturday, October 5, WFUV will transform Webster Hall into Ibiza-in-the-East-Village with the station's benefit Rock Your Body dance party. In honor of that rave-alicious event (and yes, $35 tickets are still available), tonight's UKNY at 11 will be an all-dance hour of British releases ... plus one Aussie Commonwealth Cut.

Expect a mix of older and newly-released tracks from Basement Jaxx, Jungle, Cornershop, New Order, Four Tet, Ben Watt and much more.

Join me for UKNY Saturday nights at 11 following Vin Scelsa's "Idiot's Delight"® and Marshall Crenshaw's "The Bottomless Pit" on 90.7 WFUV, also streaming online.

Spent Saturday night dancing elsewhere? You can find UKNY in the FUV archives for two weeks after broadcast.
