UKNY On FUV For May 3

by Kara Manning
Brian Eno and Karl Hyde (photo by Perou)

On tonight's UKNY at 11, there are simply so many excellent new albums that have just been released or are slated to come out in just days, that it's a bit overwhelming—so expect offerings from Gruff Rhys, Eno • Hyde (pictured), Elephant and more. Next week also brings an influx of great British bands to New York for shows, like Foals, Bombay Bicycle Club and Toy, so we'll round up some tracks from them as well.

Please join me on UKNY, Saturday nights at 11p.m. EST, following Vin Scelsa's "Idiot's Delight"® and Marshall Crenshaw's "The Bottomless Pit" on 90.7 WFUV, also streaming online.

Think you might miss tonight's show? You can find UKNY in the FUV archives up to two weeks after broadcast.
